Candace Soliz, LCSW is a therapist who meets clients with steadiness, compassion, and deep respect for their lived experience. With over a decade in emergency response, she has supported families through profound loss and life-altering events, shaping her calm and grounded presence in the therapy room.

Candace has worked with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and family conflict. She values collaboration with parents and caregivers and is dedicated to helping young people feel supported and understood.

Candace was previously a military spouse and is now the mother of active-duty service members and veterans. She brings firsthand understanding of the challenges and sacrifices military families experience and considers it an honor to support those who serve and their loved ones.

Candace practices from a holistic perspective, acknowledging the connection between emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and faith-based support when desired by the client.

Outside of her work, Candace enjoys spending time with her husband, her grown children, their spouses, and her granddaughter, cherishing every moment together.
