A deep and abiding faith is the cornerstone of my life and profoundly influences my commitment to serving others. This faith grounds me in the belief that every person possesses inherent dignity, value, and the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. It motivates me to approach each client with genuine compassion, empathy, and hope — trusting in their ability to flourish and live authentically.
While my counseling is rooted in professional, evidence-based methods, it is also faith-informed, person-centered, and holistic. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, process emotions, and move toward emotional wellness and personal growth.
My approach integrates the best of science and soul, combining clinical insight with compassion, authenticity, and presence. I draw upon strengths-based, and integrative therapeutic techniques to help clients cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and balance in their daily lives.
With a strong academic foundation built upon a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior from Florida Atlantic University, I bring a deep understanding of the connection between the brain, behavior, and overall mental wellness. This scientific perspective allows me to help clients understand how their biology, thoughts, and emotions interact — empowering them to make meaningful, sustainable changes.
I am currently advancing my expertise as a graduate student at Liberty University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My studies focus on mastering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, developing effective communication and coping strategies, and fostering compassionate, client-centered care. I am also working toward becoming a National Certified Counselor (NCC), reflecting my dedication to professional excellence, ethical practice, and lifelong learning in the counseling field.
